The tenancy agreement must always be terminated in writing by e-mail or by registered letter. As soon as we have received the letter you will receive a written confirmation from us.
In the tenancy agreement you can find the minimum notice period. In the case of housing this is at least one full calendar month. You should also check your agreement to see if the minimum rental period has already expired. Please note that it is not possible to terminate your tenancy agreement halfway through a month.
